The salesman was very professional in letting us choose what we wanted and being there for any questions we had. The price of delivery included disposal of the old fridge , which was to us a particular advantage. The delivery was prompt and the service man was very efficient. Good business and very good price for us.

My washing machine was not working properly. I tried to call the store, but their answering machine does not have an option to leave a voicemail. I drove quite a distance to the store where there was a sign on the door that said they were out on a delivery and would be back at 10:30. It was almost 11:00 when the employee arrived. No problem - I understand things can take longer than expected. As the employee (or maybe an owner) walked by my car, he didn't look at me, acknowledge me or even wave me in when he unlocked the door. When I got into the store, I got the feeling that I was a huge inconvenience to him. He did answer questions about what the problem could be and the estimated cost of certain repairs. However, he was very rude and condescending. He seemed to always be on the verge of walking away. When I said I was trying to decide whether to repair or replace the washing machine (and dryer that is still working) he rudely and abruptly pointed me to the cheapest model washer and walked away. Why would he do that when he knew that the washer I was thinking of replacing was near the top of the line? He then answered a phone call. He never acknowledged me again. I left even though I had questions about some of the new model washers and dryers in the store. (The selection was very limited.) I then recalled that they had in fact repaired my washer years ago and I swore I would never use them again. The owner (at that time) was very rude and condescending. That attitude has apparently been reinforced with the person I spoke to. I proceeded to get excellent customer service from one of his competitor repair businesses. I also checked new prices with the big box stores, even though I prefer to buy from locally owned businesses. It appeared to me that Kuntz does not care about customer service or even attracting new business. I will NEVER go back or call this business for anything.
