+ -1 moreWe called HRH Irrigation based on two good reviews from Angie's List members. HRH never returned our call. They are not a member of the BBB, but have a B- rating based on the number of complaints and those resolved. We called a second irrigation/sprinkler company with the same results. The third company - Oasis Sprinklers Lawn and Landscape. Oasis is a BBB member with an A+ rating. They returned our call and have been professional and punctual.
Description of Work: We had two sprinkler jobs we needed work on.

+ -1 moreThe service to the system was very good, but it was near impossible to contact HRH. The phone would always go to voice mail. I did leave messages, but it did take 10 days to 2 weeks to receive a return call. Fix this major flaw and HRH would greatly improve their ratings.
Description of Work: They serviced our sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreOur system is old and we just could not find the cause of the leak. Ray came the day I called. After checking system he could not explain the leak but he had a very simple and cheap fix. He assured us we had ample water pressure to run the drip tubing from another valve so he capped the leaking valve and adjusted the remaining valves to improve efficiency. I connected the two sections and everything works well.
Description of Work: We have an old irrigation system. He checked out the system found the problem and gave us a couple of solutions
