 + 0 moreThey wanted to sell me a new door and then I would have to have someone else to install it. It took them almost 2 weeks to get me an estimate of what it would cost. I had to keep calling them back.
Description of Work: We used Home Depot to get an estimate to replace the glass pane in a French door.

 + -1 moreNo real good response . Only lame attempt to have a future follow up & find out my budget. They .would probably have never sent the E-mail if you had not contacted them in my behalf for their previous non- responsiveness. I've heard this problem has occurred with others from them as well. I will move on to other providers of this service such as Sears for now.
Description of Work: Sent e-mail to set up time in future to best call on me for estimate but no follow up to my reply to them on my e-mail back to them as yet!?

 + -1 moreGreat price: they matched Lowe's AND gave a military discount on top of the ongoing sale. Installation: Professional, on time, explained care of the countertops. Overall, the countertops are 3 years old now and are still fabulous!

 + -1 moreThe people that they contracted weren't professional. The sink was crooked and the finishing around the bottom wasn't done. The tile on the back splash was not was not done properly at all. It needs to be re-grouted.
Description of Work: The installed new countertops and a back splash.
