 + -1 moreWe have been happy with their services for approximately 18 years. However, tubes must be installed in the walls at the time of home construction. This is our 2nd home with tubes in the walls-we have been very satisfied with pest control results.They are friendly and reasonable. Sometimes not quick to respond to calls to the office, but they usually do call back. The service techs are friendly.
Description of Work: Spray exterior of home for pest control and spray by existing tubes in the wall to control pests on interior of home. We are on a 3 months spray schedule to prevent termites, scorpions and other pests. I have used their service for approx. 18 years and have always been very satisfied.

Description of Work: Biggest problem with this compancy; every quarter I am getting charged twice. You may want to check your direct debit. I am having to call again to ask for my money back. I have asked for the past two years to have my name spelled correctly, it is still wrong. Thinking that is why I keep getting charged twice. Annoying and waisting my time.

 + -1 moreIt's always a great experience. The guy/guys that come out are always polite and helpful, as well as always on time.
Description of Work: They come out every quarter to spray the outside of our house for bugs & pests. They also shoot their spray into the tubes in our walls.

 + -1 moreWe have been using them for years. I like them because we have tubes in the wall, and they can just hit one place. They have been pretty good. I think they charge the going rate. I don't have any bugs, and they come when they are scheduled. I'll continue to use them.
