Description of Work: This service was requested on a Saturday. The company had a service technician contact me and they arrived within three hours. The technician unstopped the drain line to my A/C unit and checked to make sure that the unit was draining properly. The technician was very professional and gave me good advice on preventing the problem from happening again. The cost I felt was reasonable considering it was a weekend day and overtime rates. I would highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreWe were researching local companies to purchase and install a new HVAC system in out home. We called Duncan Mechanical to request a quote. Not only did they not return our call, but when I contacted them a second time they aregued that they had left a message (they did not as I use my cell and have it with me at all times). I then told them I needed to cancel the request since we actually chose a company that responded to our call, it was as if they couldn't care less for our business...so, their wish is our command, we will not use them again! Note: We had used them before and had trouble getting them to contact us then but it was the busy "season" for them then.
Description of Work: No services were performed on this occurence.
