Dove's Tree Service

Ray Dove (and crew) exceeded my expectations! I contacted him around lunchtime on a Friday, had him to my place for a quote that evening, relaxed as they started and completed the job THE NEXT DAY! Ray had general knowledge of my neighborhood in Santa Rita (particularly the tree types) and had some familiarity/prior experience with my property with previous owners. Ray indicated that is is affiliated with Scherz Nursery & Landscaping but I never confirmed that. He and his team was able to remove 1 tree and trim/top 6 others. His crew was very courteous and dedicated to ensuring that they executed my wishes. And, at the end, they cleared my lawn/driveway, etc of all limbs and debris. Very positive experience!

Mr. Dove asked if he could grind the stumps and fertilize the trees the following week since he was scheduled to do similar services for other customers and it was same him the cost of renting needed equipment. I agreed. The following week I called Mr. Dove and asked when he was going to return to finish and he told me he would be over the following week and call me before he came. Since then I have called him several times and my wife has called him once and he still has not completed the job. The total cost was $475 and Mr. Dove was paid for all services, to include in advance for services he has failed to complete. The work was never completed.
