 + -1 moreThey don't explain things properly on their apartments for rent listings. They assume you already know things that you may not. When trying to close a deal on an apartment for rent you have to deal with an internet program which can be very problematic to use. The program may demand information you don't have and refuse to accept "don't know" or "not applicable" as an answer. It shows extreme inflexibility for certain situations that may exist. When you complain that you were not able to get the deal done over the internet, you get referred around instead of getting something done immediately at the office to get the deal done. What I can say is that for my situation they may have lost a tenant specifically because their computer program is too hard to use and because they provided no means to get the problem resolved quickly in their office.

Description of Work: Connie Fox, our realtor, with Dierschke and Dierschke, worked extremely hard to sell the 100 acres of undeveloped property we owned in San Angelo, TX. She did an out standing job for our family. It was homestead property from early 19 hundreds and heirs were scattered from Florida,to OR., and from Canada to Australia. It was complicated, difficult, and extremely time consuming, but she took the task on with her whole heart. I was so impressed with her performance and professionalism, I increased the percentage of her commission. It was well deserved, she earned every dime. I would highly recommend her to anybody and if I had more property in TEXAS I would definitely use her again
