+ 0 moreThe technician arrived on time. He walked through my home with me and asked about my concerns. I wanted 5 rooms, a hall and a chair to be cleaned. Apparently the technician is also the new owner. He brought in his equipment and placed a vinyl door gadget in my front door frame. This kept the cold air outside while allowing all of the hoses he uses to come into the house. Bill vacuumed my carpet and treated some stains and the pet issues. Then, he used an amazing machine to scrub the stains and pick up all the cat hair that his vacuum missed. Next, he cleaned my carpet and my chair! After he removed all of the equipment he came back in with a tool he called a carpet rake. He groomed my carpet to make it stand up and expedite drying times. My carpet dried and it feels like silk. It is so clean and smells great - just like a lemon tree. Bill also gave me a pair of surgical booties to wear over my shoes. This allowed me to walk on my carpet during the drying time. My carpet dried in about 90 minutes. Impressive. Highly recommended and i will definitely use them, again.

Description of Work: We moved into a new home in which our 2 year old son's new bedroom REEKED of animal urine due to the previous owners. Contacted this company about a last minute cleaning on Friday. They said they could fit us in between 10:30-11:00 am the next day, because they had an appointment at 9:00. Around noon we call them to see where they are, no answer. Finally, we get in touch with someone close to 1:00 pm and whoever we talk to said they had a church event this morning and they were on their way. We said we had been waiting around all morning and needed to go into town to feed our kids (since everything else was packed up). They told us to leave the door unlocked. 1:30 they call asking us for directions. 2:45 we arrive back home and nothing had been touched. We call the company back and they said they came to the house, measured the rooms, called the landlord and since there was no answer, they left. Didn't even call us or wait for a call back. When we called them back, they were very rude, said they in no way made an official appointment with us, just that they'd "try to fit us in last minute, etc". He then backed out since we were pretty upset. Ended up having to clean the carpets by hand to get rid of the smell. Sucks for him, he could have made an easy amount of money because we were only really concerned with the 1 room.

Description of Work: I called and someone answered the phone, I didn't need to leave a message and wait for a call back. They scheduled me in easily and worked around my difficult schedule. They arrived early to get things ready on their truck, and started cleaning right at the scheduled time. Cleaned 500-600 sq ft and it looks GREAT! Very professional and great to work with.
