Called the office late friday afternoon and arranged to have the work done "sometime" next week. Was informed that they would call me to set up a date and time when they would be available to complete the work I needed done. Frank called just a little after nine on Monday morning (Presidents Day) and asked for directions to the house so that he could see all that needed to be done. After he arrived we went over everything that I needed. He asked if I wanted an estimate first or to just go ahead and complete the work as needed. I told him to go ahead with the work as I have used his firm several times before and was satisfied with them. He went to his shop to gather materials needed and was back to start in a 1/2 an hour. He kept me informed through out as to what was being done and why. Three hours later everything was done and cleaned up. He stated that he would bill me and I should receive the bill in a week to 10 days.
Description of Work: Replaced several light switches. Assembled and installed a new ceiling fan. Rewired electricity to an existing ceiling fan.
