BETTER BUILT CABINETS

I took photo's of cabinet door facing from my existing home to have Better Built Cabinets build matching cabinets and drawers in a new addition. I chose the closest style he had available. He said he would keep my information in a file. This cabinet shop was first the place I made contact with when the project was started, but over a year and half later they were the last contractor to get my product completed. When the product was delivered- the bathroom cabinet came as ordered with raised panel doors and drawers, but the biggest part of the project-the closet dressers did not match- they were just flat face piece of wood with a bevel on edge. When the shop owner was confronted, he said I had NEVER picked any facing out and that everything was intended to be flat faced, but that he just decided to take it upon himself to make the bathroom cabinets look nicer!!! Said it would cost $75 PER DRAWER to change them to what I wanted. I had expected to pay whatever required for what I wanted the first time, but not to pay extra to have things corrected.
