Description of Work: I ordered flooring for my contractor to remodel two small bathrooms, the entire staff was unprofessional, they did not have my three choices in stock. I had to order and was told it would take 3-5 days, I called day 6 and no one could tell me where my flooring was after I paid for it in FULL! Two weeks later they call to tell me my flooring is in but cannot find it. I go down to the store after speaking with owner who could not tell me where it was just that it had been delivered. Instead wanted to argue with me and ask why I was so upset, then proceed to tell me I was rude and discourteous to him. No sir, you were the one who could not provide a service I paid for. When I arrive to double check that its what I ordered the sales lady can't find it and goes to the back and appears with a 10 year old girl who has to help her locate my flooring. Finally get it home after waiting another week which put my contractor behind schedule AGAIN. Never will I use them again nor will I refer them to anyone.

+ -1 moreWhile we were out of town our water heater broke and flooded the living room which warped the wood flooring. Aladdin's had installed the original floor a few years ago and we were very happy with the results. We immediately went to them to replace the flooring.

+ 0 moreI am not happy with this company. I would never ever recommend this to anybody else. It was a horrible experience. I still have to call people and fix things that they did wrong. From beginning till end, it was nothing but a major hassle. They came up the first time and they brought the wrong tile. It took them another one month to get the tile that was supposed to put in. The guy whom they sent out to actually do the tiling for the bathroom walls, did it in his spare time. When he put the tile up, he put in backwards. He worked only on the weekends or in the evenings when he had time. It took them four months to get this bathroom remodeled. The whole experience from beginning to end was just bad. I don't think so they were the least expensive by any means, but they definitely weren't the best.
Description of Work: Aladdin Flooring redid the flooring and tiling around the bathtub wall in one of my bathrooms two years ago.
