Warning to anyone looking at the positive reviews which is the mistake I made, had air dynamics come out to inspect and repair a leak from the air handler in our attic, once he looked at it he said that he cleaned the system out but that the drain pan had a leak he couldn’t locate and said either the service call for the cleaning was $130 or to replace the pan it would cost $1,245 I thought that’s quite a bit but I made the mistake of trusting that he was giving me a fair price based on the work and time, well once work was completed less than an hr, I inspected it and noticed they put the drain pipe above a 90dg angle making it impossible for it to drain, which I called them and they did come out and fix however after further research I found out that I was charged about double the normal rate for this type of job, got an itemized receipt which I was charged $958 just for the labor and charged $157 for a $20 float switch, yes they are responsive but way way overpriced, save yourself some money and look elsewhere.

We recently had our air condition stop working. We called Air Dynamics, the technician checked out our attic & outside HVAC system. The breaker to the outside unit was disintegrated (this I saw for myself). We were further informed that the wiring was burnt and the wiring insulation was melted and that the compressor no longer worked. We were also informed that parts in the attic unit were in a critical stage for replacement. They explained that since it was not working it would be too much of a risk to replace the compressor because the soot from the melted wiring could circulate through the whole system and possibly cause the system to malfunction , causing further damage to the system, wasting the money paid to install the new compressor. They recommended the whole system be replaced at the cost of approximately $7,000. Something seemed off about what we were being told, so we paid for the breaker repair and informed Air Dynamics we would have someone else look at the system. When we had someone else inspect our system the compressor was found to be functional, there was no burnt wiring and the attic unit had reasonable ware but did not require parts replacement. What the individual did find was the wire whip to the breaker had a short to ground. The wire whip was replaced and our Air Conditioner was working again for a total cost of $129.94, saving us $6,870. My experience with Air Dynamics is that they were incompetent and untruthful. Would never recommend this compony to anyone, nor would I ever use them again. We paid approximately $295.00 for the breaker repair, we didn't request a refund but Air Dynamics returned our $295.00. They also sent us cookies for our disappointing experience but these gestures could not get us past being deceived.

I had them come out earlier for routine air conditioning service and the guy who came out was real helpful. So the next time around I thought since they did plumbing too and had done so well on the air conditioning I would use them for plumbing. The young man who came out fixed the problem and did in a good timely manner. But the second time the job was a major project and I wanted a quote. They came over unprepared; never got back with a bid and we never heard anything back from them. It was an overall bad experience but it may have been caused by only one individual. I will not use them again in the future.

Showed up at 11 on a Friday. Thought is was a capacitor. When didnt work he kept trying to force the breaker on until motor was smoking. Not sure why? $80 for a broke AC.

Service was completed quickly and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work performed.
