+ -1 moreAir Conditioning went out during the night. I called Advanced One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning when they opened at 8am and the technician Steven Elliott arrived at 8:45. The problem turned out to be a blown capacitor on the outside unit. Apparently this is a common problem. Steve replaced the capacity and ran a system test and was done by 10 which included a trip to the warehouse for parts. I was impressed with the prompt service and professionalism, especially since we are in a record heat wave.
Description of Work: Capacitor failed on outside unit and was replaced by the technician.
