+ -1 moreI will never hire a company that can not be polite enough to answer a phone properly and treat all customers as if they are important.
Description of Work: I was trying to make initial contact to remodel a condo we are about to buy the person -name unknown-who answered the phone number listed on their Facebook page - 325 - 763 - 8348 answered their the phone Hello I had to ask if I had the right place and behaved as if he was too busy to be bothered. In fact the 1st thing he said was it would be 3-4months before he could do anything. Which might not sound bad all by itself, but I had not told him anything about what I was looking for. The only thing I had gotten out was I would like to get some information about your company, my husband are looking into buying a condo we would like to remodel. If that's the 1st impression they want to give of their company - then I am not interested in hoping it gets better.
