Description of Work: Inspected home I was purchasing.

Description of Work: On May 11, 2008, Jarrod Lawson, a home inspector in San Angelo, Texas, performed a home inspection for an investment property of mine. He performed a terrible inspection on my home and obviously mis-marked and left out a lot of things in his inspection report. His "visual" inspection that he performs can be done by anyone who has two eyes and can write in English. He OBVIOUSLY is INEXPERIENCED and unable to perform quality work that is required by a home inspector in the state of Texas. For example, he FAILED to mention the following items that I visually noticed when I entered the home: First, the approximately 2 inch crack on the front porch, Second, the uneven floors throughout the entire house(kitchen, living room, etc.). The following are the major settling issues associated with the home: Windows unable to close or lock, detached garage with was slightly uneven, evidence of wood rot, structural issues with the car overhang, damaged cellar door not even mentioned, exposed wires in the garage and home, and delaminated doors and windows. As a member of the military I honestly was ripped off by this guy. Please, to save your money, do not use this guy as it will cost you money. He is really not worth it and my pending litigation is an example of this honesty.
