Description of Work: FTBC Realtor Dottie Shirley helped us find and purchase a weekender home with a small amount of acerage in central Tx. She listened to our wants and needs, did the MLS search, showed us several homes, submitted our offer on the one we liked, and followed up with helping us negotiate and close the sale smoothly. We were more than pleased with Ms. Shirley and FTBC for the professional quality of their business operations.
