 + 1 moreMr. Pickren was very professional and he completed all the work with skill and attention to detail. Mr. Pickren is an honest, quality carpenter/handyman. He was exceptional in his craftsmanship. We are pleased to have met him and we hope he will complete more projects for us in the future. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Mr. Pickren completed making a door in a wall and then closing off a door from another area.

He has been in the business for many years and was one of the lead contacts on the maintenance team for Charter Property Management until he went out on his own several years ago. He came within a days' notice and took care of all of our needs for our home with the finest degree of professionalism and excellence. I would trust CW with the keys to my home so he could come and go while I was not available. He offices out of Salado and I highly recommend him for any repair that you would have need of. NOT only will you have the very best of knowledge and professionalism available you will have it for a more than fair price. In fact I paid him more than asked since it was so reasonable. Sharp and knows his trade! Call CW....... You will be Glad you did!
Description of Work: CW repaired all of the areas where the wood was beginning to rot due to age. He replaced the back door that had been destroyed by a previous renter. He painted exterior and repaired some flooring that had come loose. He replaced light fixtures that were in need of repair.
