We have enjoyed Sonia's Magical Home Cleaning for over 14 years. They are always prompt and curious.They never take a break while cleaning.The women are hispanic. At least one of the 3 speaks English well so communication about what I want is clear. They also bring a notebook about our house and refer to any special needs.They try to find extra things to do such as window cleaning. An example is a hand pushed rug cleaner for the oriental rugs. When I have needed to change days they have been very agreeable.My son and his wife have Sonia's every week. The owner Victor Mata is excellent to work with. They have our unqualified recommendation.

The initial cleaning was great! We were very impressed. We decided to set up weekly cleaning at a set day and time. There were problems from the beginning with scheduled time but after a couple weeks they seemed to work that out. Our scheduled day being Thursday, they cancelled service for the week of Thanksgiving, which was ok with us. However the following Thursday, they did not show up at scheduled time with no call. We called Victor and he said they were still behind due to holiday. He asked if they could reschedule for the following Monday, and we said yes. Victor called the next day (Friday) and said his crew could be at our location in 30 minutes to clean, instead of Monday. We could not make our office available at that time. Victor at that time said scheduling with us was a problem and he could no longer do business with us. He dropped us on the spot with no notice. They have a good service but poor management and professionalism. ropert

They come every 2 weeks. If they clean do down stairs, it is 106$ and the whole house is 125$. They have always been responsive and I have used them for several years. They are primarily non English speaking so you have to go through their office to get details. There are usually 3 people who come and they have been very thorough and every time I have a concern, they address it.

They usually send 3 people; at least 1 who is familiar with my house. The office manager and/or the owner are available for requests or concerns. When something is not being cleaned to my satisfaction, my concern is always addressed. There is differing fluency in English among the crew so it is important to communicate with the office as needed. The owner has come out several times to address cleaning issues and make suggestions to either me or the crew. When they begin a new job, they do an initial and quot;top to bottomand quot; clean which is more expensive followed by scheduled maintenance. When we moved last summer, I was very happy with their move in cleaning.

They are honest and trust worthy. They are responsive to any request. The owner and his son work with his crew. So I know that they work on the quality control because I know they are out there supervising.
