Kenny explained the options of correcting the leaky faucet and answered questions I had about the water supply to the house. I was not charged a trip charge If the opted for another more costly repair.

The service was fine. The job was satisfactory.

Called Kenny on a Sunday afternoon while browsing through some listings and "he answered". I was expecting to leave a message. We talked about the issue and he had some informative information for me and we agreed for him to come out sometime during the week to fix it. I received a text on Monday before noon saying he had been by the house and I had a new faucet installed. "No More Leaks!!" Small job, but the next could be big, and I'll be sure to call Kenny...

Kenny called me back within a couple of hours of my leaving a voice message. I appreciate the fact that he was able to give me a rough quote over the phone. This way I had some sort of idea of what kind of financial outlay I was looking at before he arrived. We made an appt for the following day. He kept me posted by phone of his anticipated arrival time. I appreciate this kind of communication with contractors who are coming out to my house. He did an excellent job of replacing the sweated copper shut-off valves in a cramped area under the sink without any impact to the surrounding wood, sheet rock or disposal. Kenny also hand fashioned a pipe / valve part to replace the outdoor faucet on site. The new valve works perfectly. We just moved here from Houston. And, we definitely like Kenny more than any Houston plumber we ever did business with. He is a very down to earth, easy to talk to, straight forward person. My wife and I were totally pleased with Kenny's work, professionalism, and price. We definitely will be calling him back with all of our future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in an out door faucet. We left a message for this company and never got a response.

Kenny arrived on time and was very professional. The repair Kenny did was very time consuming and we were expecting a rather large bill. When he presented his bill we were surprised and think we got a true bargain. In addition to repairing our toilet he gave us advice on how to fix another problem ourselves. We will most definetly use Sachse Plumbing in the future.

Friday night we had no hot water. I called Kenny and he came out on Saturday. There was NO gas to our house. So he said to call ATMOS. ATMOS arrived around 30 minutes later and blew out the line and we had gas ~ but Jim could not get the water heater lit, so I called Kenny and said I needed him to come back. He finished the job he was on and came out a second time on Saturday and replaced the thermo coupler but the heater would NOT stay lit. He said it needed a new thermostat, but with the heater being 12 years old, he recommended a new water heater... He did not charge us for either service call on Saturday. Today he came over with a 50 gallon water heater ( our old one was a 40 gallon ) and installed it and now we are up and running. We priced a tankless, but felt it was too expensive because we do not plan on living in this house for more than 5 years. Work was done in a proficient manner. Kenny gave us a price and stuck by it although it took longer to install because after 12 years the old piping was stuck and did not want to come apart. I would recommend Kenny to any one that needs any type of plumbing service.

I'm remodeling my guest bathroom and was ready to have the plumbing in my shower updated. I had already been getting guidance from a friend who used to own a tile business and he had given me an idea of what this should cost me and that I should not have to have plumbers come out to the house in order to do the bids. I contacted multiple companies and Kenny is the only one who was willing to quote without coming out to the property. Some did not even respond to me. His quote was in range of what I was told should be acceptable. Kenny called me approximately 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. He was responsive and helpful. He also provided me with suggestions and did a little extra work I hadn't mentioned to him previously without charging me anything additional, although I was willing to pay additional, if needed. I was very pleased with his work and I have a lot more work to do on my house. I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs. Coming from a small business family, I'm a big believer in giving the small business owners as much work as possible and I'm glad he did the work and gives his small business a good name.

Arrived right on time, was courteous, and got right to work. He had me show him all the things I wanted fixed up front so he could give me an estimate. After I showed him everything, he immediately gave me warnings as to what could cause the job to cost more (I have some older faucets that can be tricky to work on). Fortunately he was able to fix things without issue. He worked quickly, got in and out in about 1.5 hours. There was one item he told me was not going to be worth the trouble to fix, and reduced the price accordingly. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing work done.

Having selected this company from Angie's List, I called to get an estimate to extend a gas line and repair an outside hydrant. Kenny was able to fit me in within an hour (wow!) and was here promptly. He replaced the outside hydrant (another plumber had told me I needed to tear out brick and replace for $300)- Kenny was able to fix without tearing out brick. He also worked with the HVAC company and ran the gas line to the new heater location. This cost $250 and seems like a fair price. I recommend Sachse Plumbing.

The leak locator arrived on time and located the problem. The next day work started to correct the problem. Shrubs were removed and digging began. Work was continued to the following day, because there were not enough men available on day 1. The leak was found and repaired. The hole was covered, and schrub replaced. Overall the work was performed in a satisfactory manner, and I will use Sachse Plumbing again.

The master bath shower faucet would not fully shut off. I called Sachse Plumbing because of an ad in the local services publication.

Sachse Plumbing determined they would have to dig a 5 foot deep hole and go under the foundation of my house to connect a new part of copper pipe to the existing copper pipe and would cost me approx. $2500. They were to come back the next day to do this process. After they left my house at approx. 11:30 am on 2/6/13, I contacted another plumber and they came to my house and had the leak fixed by 3:30 PM on 2/6/2013. I was charged $1159.73. I later found out this new charge was also too much but at least my water leak was fixed. Sachse Plumbing did not charge for work left incomplete and did not contact me to see if I had completed my project. I will not use Sachse Plumbing again....

After looking on Angie's List for plumbers I found many that serviced my area in Richardson. I called a few and they gave me an estimate. I then called these guys. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, friendly and professional over the phone. He said he was busy on another job and to give his father a call. The father was just as friendly and professional over the phone, and even though he was retired from his own company, he'd be happy to come out in an hour and do the job and honor the coupon. He arrived in the time frame he said he would, was thorough, friendly and got the job done. These are good people and I cannot recommend them enough. If you're within their servicing area, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

It’s a one person company. He was excellent and very good. He was out here on time. He was very efficient and very reasonable. I like him and he got the job done. He was fair as far as the price goes. He did everything on a timely manner. I would say that was probably the biggest thing for us because I have had bad experiences so far with other plumbers. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Contacted Kenny on Tuesday and he said he was available either Thursday or Friday. Got a call from Kenny on Wednesday and he said he had an opening if I wanted the work done early. Kenny showed up with a helper and assessed where the faucets were to be installed and began to work. He had indicated that he would need to rework the drains on 2 sinks since the A/C condensate drains were connected to these sinks. Kenny completed the job and left the area as clean if not cleaner than when he started. I will definitely use Sachse Plumbing again and have already referred him to a friend.

It went very well, the service was prompt and was completed in one day. The digging crew arrived around 8 AM, the digging was mostly complete around 1 PM. The actual plumber initially arrived with the digging crew in the morning and explained that he would return when they had completed the digging. He returned around 1 PM and spent several hours under the house and in the actual bathroom (where the leak was). I believe the plumbing work and restoration was completed around 5 PM (might have been a little earlier). He explained that the problem was not what the initial quote was based on (P trap repair) but he would not charge extra for the repair. He took pictures of the repair and provided them for insurance purposes.

All digging, repair and clean up was complete in one day. I will and have recommended Sachse Plumbing to anyone, from this point on.
