Kenny was fantastic. He determined that it was not a plumbing issue (likely saving us thousands of dollars) and explained that the water seeping in was the result of a landscaping issue - the ground level around our house was too high, which caused some water to seep in through the weep holes in the bricks during a recent major rain storm. He was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful. He spent at least 45 minutes with us diagnosing the issue and providing guidance, and didn't charge us anything.

Sachse Plumbing replaced two outdoor faucets for me about a year ago. The faucet in the backyard would not work this last weekend, so I called on Sunday and they were out there first thing Monday morning and replaced the inner workings of the faucet - AT NO CHARGE! There was no charge for labor, no service call charge and no charge for parts and this faucet was replaced almost a year ago to the day. So I sure didn't expect them to fix the faucet at no cost. I want to publically thank Sachse Plumbing for putting the customer ahead of profits. Without a doubt they will continue to be my choice for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them!!!!

When I phoned Kenny, owner of Sachse Plumbing on Friday, he was about a mile away on another job and although he was booked for the day, he stopped by to assess the small but visible water leak coming from under my sidewalk. I thought it was a sprinkler system problem. He located the sprinkler check valve and confirmed it was not the sprinkler system, and told me it could be one of two things: a leak in the copper line which would cost one price for repairing that small section, or worse, dreaded blue polyethylene pipe long ago banned which would cost more since his recommendation would be to replace it with new copper pipe. We made arrangements for Monday, and work began right on time. Not only was the water line running diagonally across the yard and under a very large oak tree, he found the dreaded blue polyethylene pipe. They worked nearly 6 hours without stopping, digging in unforgiving rocky soil, detouring around the oak tree, and installed new copper line, valves, and connections. I was amazed at how little my landscape had to be sacrificed. The work was difficult, but Kenny stuck with his original price quote and completed the job nicely. He's a straight shooter and delivered on his commitment. I like his honest, straight forward approach and feel confident in his work. Kenny's communications are excellent, and I was kept well informed by phone, first by confirming the appointment, and at every step of the way, answering every question. I felt like I got exactly what Kenny told me and at a fair price. I think I've found my new plumber!

He arrived on time. He did exactly what we needed and was very professional about it. He quoted a far price and stuck to it. He even went above and beyond when cleaning up the side walk and mud. If we ever need a plumber again, he will be the only one we will call. Great Experience!!!

I have used Kenny at Sachse Plumbing for years in our old Garland home, but this was the first visit at our new Rowlett home. My wife hated the builder-supplied garbage disposal unit - it was small, LOUD, and she wanted a bigger, quieter unit. I called Kenny in the afternoon and he promised to come ASAP and called us the next morning, and said he was on the way. As usual, the service was prompt, professional, flawless. He was accompanied by his father, who is a retired plumber who backs up Kenny when he needs help. I have referred many fellow homeowners to Sachse Plumbing over the years and will continue to do so. This company is fantastic!! - reasonably priced (compared to others we have gotten estimates from in the past), honest, professional, experienced - what more can I ask for?

We replaced a shower pan and the pipe that met with the drain was damaged. This is called a Stand Pipe - it is a short pipe to connect a rubber fitting in the iron drain to another rubber fitting in the shower drain. It allows slight movement between the cast iron drain pipe and the shower drain. He wouldn't answer a phone but he did text back. His text was never clear on a price before the work. He arrived on time, but was only there 45 minutes and only worked 20 minutes to remove the old stand pipe. He never provided any materials since we had already bought the new pipe. When he removed the old iron pipe he left chips in the drain so the bathroom flooded on first use. We had to purchase a magnetic pickup tool to remove the iron in the drain. When he left he said the price would be $250 which seemed ridiculous. I paid it, but was very upset at his work and his price.

Kenny did an outstanding job of identifying and repairing the issues with our plumbing following a massive foundation repair. Kenny was always punctual and was exactly on his estimate for the repairs. He has continued to be responsive after performing the service and will be getting all of my plumbing work going forward. It is great to do business with an honest straightforward professional. Thanks Kenny!

Came and found there was no issues leaking faucet; cartridge was not push in close position. Did not charge for service or for visit. Will use next time there is a real problem.

I called Kenny at 9:00pm on a Friday and didn't get a machine. He was helpful and willing to come out if it was an emergency, but this wasn't so we agreed to Monday morning. He was out to see us early Monday as promised and did the job of both fixing the washer drain and fixing/replacing a bad and leaking pipe quickly and well. It is fantastic to meet an honest, professional plumber. I will always call Kenny first for my plumbing issues. Lisa

I had a constant drip from an outside faucet attached to the house. We were losing water at the rate of 5 gallons every 2 days. I had been utilizing the water in the summer and watering my flowers. When the cooler weather came and I didn't really need to water so much it became a problem. I called Mr. McSwain. It was a few days before Thanksgiving but he came out and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He explained the items I had purchased from the local hardware store wouldn't fix that kind of leak (the whole gasket had deteriorated inside).This is actually the third time I had called Mr. McSwain, but only the first time he has had to come out and do some work for me.. The first time was over a year ago when my hot water heater burst. I gave him the details over the phone and he informed me that I was probably still under warranty and to try the manufacturer first, and if that didn't work to call him back and he would come out. He was right, I was still under warranty. The second time it was about a leak inside the house and he gave me troubleshooting advice that fixed it and I didn't have to have him come out. I appreciate the fact that he gives FREE advice on items that I am able to do myself and he is very prompt and professional.

After a bad experience with another plumbing company for this same project I contacted Sachse Plumbing and spoke with Kenny. I explained what I needed. He said that he had openings in a couple of days which was perfectly fine. Kenny called the next day and said he had availability if I wanted to get the work done which I happily accepted. Kenny showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion and left the bathrooms clean as if no one had done any work. Kenny was recommended to me and is now my go to plumber and I too have recommended him many times.

Kenny was extremely nice to work with. When I called, he gave me an accurate time frame for when he could get to my house, and that he would call before he came (which he did). Once he got to my house, he was quick, polite, and he solved the problem, all of which were impressive. But I was AMAZED that he refused to take payment for doing the job! He said he couldn't take any kind of payment for such an easy fix, and just to remember him for the next time we needed a plumber. You know what? He just got a new customer for life! I definitely recommend his services.

They were wonderful. They came in and fixed the problem. They didn't charge me a dime. They were wonderful. How can you get a plumber to come over, fix your problem and say thank you, goodbye and not charge anything. How good can that be? They told me to call them when I had a real problem. They came right over. I won't use anyone but them. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Kenny came on time to both appointments - one to fix a leak in the kitchen sink (next day service for a first time client was awesome) and another to install bathroom faucets. He was friendly, did excellent work and was very knowlegeable of his craft.

Contacted service directly after acquiring from Angie's List. Sachse Plumbing was able to respond within 1 hour of my contact. He was onsite and cleared the blockage very quickly. I appreciate the quick response and ability to clear the drain problem.

Kenny was very friendly. He provided an estimate same day I called and actually went under the house to check on the pipes there too so I get a more accurate estimate without surprises. He let me know when he would come each day. He matched another bid and was able to start earlier. He did the work himself with 2 helpers. They replaced the pipes and also helped repair portions of the deck that needed to be removed to get to the pipes. The other bids I got required me to take care of that. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall good job.

We are moving into our new house and had arranged with the city to have water service switched to our account today, the scheduled move-out day of the previous owner. The PO moved out last Friday, and when we visited Sunday the water was off. We thought they had called the city and had the water shut off Friday. So, today I checked with the city and they had no record of a shut off order but sent someone by to check anyway. The city had not shut off the water, but the main shut off by the house had been shut off. Both I and the man from the city tried and could not get the valve to open. The man from the city concluded the valve was probably broken and we would need to call a plumber. Previously we had had our water heater replaced at our old house and the plumber we had found through Angie's list had been able to do it the same day and we were very pleased with the work so we thought to call him again, but couldn't quite remember his name or number. Talk about a modest guy, when he had replaced the water heater he told us he would probably not see us again until the water heater needed replacing again in ten years or so. But today we tried to look at the water heater for sticker advertising who had replaced it. Nothing. I had to go back to Angies List to find his name and number. When I called Kenny said he was going on a job nearby, but would call us when he was done there. My wife met him at the house. He was able to get the valve to open and did not charge us anything. I did put Sachse Plumbing into my phone's contact list for next time.

He was responsive and was able to give me an appointment quickly. He showed up on time and he finished in a reasonable amount of time. The price is a little high. I didn’t have any issues since the service was provided. I will use him again.

We had two bathroom sinks draining real slow and a tub also draining slow. In addition we had a bathroom faucet that had very little water pressure. Kenny came out and immediately unscrewed the filter on the faucet with very little water pressure. He showed me it was full of trash so he cleaned it and put it back on. Fixed. He then went to the two slow draining sinks in the master bath. He took out the stoppers that you move up and down with a lever and he cleaned the line just underneath the stoppers and the sinks drained just fine. He advised me these type stoppers were not that great and would probably be better off just leaving them out. He then proceeded to the slow draining tub. It has one of those screw in stoppers that you move up and down by just turning it.. He unscrewed the stopper reached down with his pocket knife and pulled some trash out that was just below the stopper and the tub started draining jut fine. I asked Kenny how much I owed him and he said nothing and handed me his card and said call me when you have a real problem. I replied well to at least charge me a service call and he refused. I will be calling him again when I have a real plumbing problem. I also went to eat out with a friend that night and he does have a real plumbing problem and I gave him Kenny' s name and phone number.

Washer had flooded somewhat upon draining. Also, the sink had filled. I checked Angie's List and also called several companies, asking for prices. One said $250. Another had evidently what appeared to be "escape clauses" that could be used to raise prices unexpectedly, such as location of trap, etc. However, when I called Sachse Plumbing, the plumber seemed straightforward, so I bought an Angie's List coupon for $20 (to be used for the first $40 of services). Kenny had indicated that with that coupon, my additional cost would be $110. So that sounded good. I then bought the coupon and the next day called him again, this time to set up an appointment. He said, next day. So that was great. He showed up timely, called before he showed up, did the work promptly, nice person, very honest and straightforward, didn't try to upsell. Couldn't have gone better, exceptionally good work.

I like the fact that he is always quick to be here and he always does an excellent job. If there is any problem he fixes them and immediately at no charge. He will also come back and fix them. His prices are compatible.

Kenny and his crew worked diligently all day, using copper tubing for everything. Because of the unique set-up on the dual install, in testing pressure we found a drop in water pressure. He could have rigged a fix, but spent 2-3 extra hours diligently rebuilding the connections from scratch. With all the copper, an added benefit as it is a beautiful work of art. End result was perfect. He was genuinely apologetic about the delays, but I couldn't have been happier with the sincere work ethic, communication and quality of effort. The system has worked flawlessly for 6 months now, servicing the filter changes is easy in the way it is laid out; I couldn't be more pleased. I should add, along the way, he also made suggestions in adding valves to offer flexibility and ease in servicing the unit, including adding a valve for a possible furture outdoor kitchen on the back water faucet line. I haven't seen workmanship and work ethic of this quality in decades. I've since engaged him for repairs on a rental property. All excellent quality work at reasonable cost.
