Great. Kenny removed the old drain pipe, cleaned it and replaced the drain pipe with all new products. A great job, as usual. Kenny is our "go to" plumber... This is the fourth time we have used him. We called last week when he was on vacation, and WAITED for his return, and put up with the inconvenience for a week. But it was worth it.

They work was good overall and everything is in working order. I noticed a questionable leak on the top of the water heater, and when I asked for a quote on what it was to replace the water heaters, I thought it was very high, but the repair went well and he was professional.

Kenny McSwain was awesome. He answered my call in 3 rings, agreed to come by and look at leak, and then offered options on models and price points for my residential home. He even took time to ask questions about size of family and hot water usage to make sure he made the right recommendation. We agreed on the 75 gallon replacement to occur the following morning. That afternoon I noticed that he had a coupon on Angie's List for 10% off. I texted him and about it and he agreed to honor it. Kenny kept communicating with me throughout the process. The next morning, Kenny texted he was on his way. Arriving when promised. He estimated 2 hours, however, he was finished in 90 minutes. All around a great experience.

Water heater needed thermostat assembly replaced. Quick repair but either part or labor was high. Did not receive an itemized invoice.

There are good reasons Kenny consistently earns service awards. He was responsive, prompt, professional, efficient, fairly priced and very competent. It's a pleasure to have a local professional who does good work, speaks plainly, has a positive attitude and is completely free of the persistent upsetting and bureaucracy of the bigger plumbing companies who advertise on tv, charge too much, always try to sell you extra stuff you don't need and who always give you the infamous 'two hour or four hour window.' None of that with Sachse Plumber and Kenny. Even our dogs love him. Hire Kenny and you'll not be sorry. He's the kind of honest, local craftsman you grew up knowing. Super Service Award from us, for sure. Will hire again with a high degree of trust.

Ken arrived promptly and had everything he needed with him for the job. He quickly removed and replaced the old disposal with skill and efficiency. This is the third time we have called Ken (Sachse Plumbing) for plumbing services. He really is a Master plumber and we will call him for future plumbing needs.

I went with somebody else to do the work because I want it in a different way. They were prompt. They showed up quickly to give me a quote and the price was good.

It was perfect. He arrived as expected and did the job without a mess - unlike many other plumbers that I have used! He gets my vote!

Contacted Kenny of Sachse Plumbing to come by and and provide some advice on replacing some of the plumbing in an upstairs shower which I was remodeling. At first contact he said he would be able to come by two days later which I agreed too. A few hours later he called back and said he had finished another job and had a few minutes and would be by in about 30 minutes if I was going to be home. Showed up on time and looked at what I had and made some suggestions as far as updating the existing plumbing in the shower (30 plus years old). I agreed with his suggestions and set a date and time for the work to be done. Again, he called to tell me he was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. He was on time and went straight to work and then finished in a very timely manner. Two days later I realized I had a problem getting the shower head pipe out of the copper fitting in the wall without possibly damaging the fitting so to be on the safe side I called Kenny again and explained to him my concern. He came by later that day and quickly removed the shower pipe. I asked him how much I owed him and declined any additional payment. I was extremely impressed with how he says he will be somewhere and he actually shows up on time and does what he said he would do at the price he quoted. Based on my experience with Sachse Plumbing I highly recommend Kenny for any plumbing service you may require.

It was fine except that the plumber mistook a cardboard storage bin for a trash can with wet plumbing parts! Ugh!

Was here when he said he would be here. Very professional and great at explaining what needed to be done and why. I will use Kenny's services for all plumbing going forward. Very pleased (and I'm not an easy person to please.) A+ for this guy in all categories. Very reasonably priced.

He was so so so nice, polite, and explained how the drain got clogged so bad in the first place. And talk about prompt!! I got a call before he headed over and he arrived right away. And he discounted the fee!

Kenny did a reroute of our sewer system and ran into some issues along the way. Each time he just said "aint no big deal, we have been doing this for 30 years" OR "we will figure it out, we've been here before". Sure enough he figured out how to get things fixed past the hiccups. Took about a week which I felt like was quick and he was over here all day Saturday and Sunday. Kenny also always texted me to say when he was on his way. Definitely the best experience with a plumber I have ever had.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with Kenny and Sachse Plumbing. Had another Angie's List provider out to with a "Big Deal" to install a 50 gal hot water heater... turns out that a typical size heater wouldn't fit. (New ones are slightly taller and wider). After figuring out that it wasn't going to work, I ask them what my options were (knowing that I was going to obviously pay more than originally thought) and they basically said "We really don't want to do this project regardless." That was very surprising to me, but hey... Everything happens for a reason, right? That led me to my second call... Kenny at Sachse Plumbing. Wow, I can't even tell you how impressed I was with him. He took a look at the situation (btw, this is just a few days before Christmas) and told me, "Don't worry, I will figure something out... your family needs hot water, so we will get it done somehow." He checked around with his suppliers and found a smaller heater that recovers even faster than the 50 gal. Three hours the next day and he and his guys had the old one out of there and the new one installed. I have found my new plumber... If you are on the fence and considering Sachse Plumbing as one of your options, I highly recommend you choose Kenny. You won't regret it.

One toilet ran all the time and another toilet took 30 minutes for the tank to fill up. I called Kenny McSwain early in the morning, and he was at my house before noon. He diagnosed the problems, gave me a price, and after I accepted it, did the work in less than an hour. He said if things didn't go right, he would be right out and fix it. Satisfaction guaranteed. He was very courteous and very personable. He is a third generation plumber, and is a sole proprietor.

Richardson water department meter reader left a note on our door that we'd used 10X+ more water since the last reading and likely had a leak. To make a long story short we were losing ~150 gallons per hour with no visible signs of a leak anywhere in either the yard or the house! After locating a buried water shutoff valve up next to the house that we never knew we had (covered up by the landscapers when the house was originally built), I cut off water flow into the house and thankfully the water meter at the curb was still spinning thereby isolating the leak to the main water line feeding the house and not leaking anywhere inside the house or under the foundation. As usual, I got on Angie's List and picked the top 3 local plumbing companies with impeccable recent reviews and contacted them to get estimates. Prices ranged from $1800 to $3850 ($4250 if I wanted to bore out the hole for the water line instead of trenching it) and Kenny McSwain (owner of Sachse Plumbing) came in with the lowest bid. I was expecting it would take several days to get someone scheduled to come out and start the work (dreading would be more accurate description given the hassle of running out to the water meter shutoff valve twice for every time you need water in the house!) and then another couple of days to complete the job but Kenny quickly put my mind at ease. He could actually come out the next day and complete the job in less than a day! Needless to say it was a no-brainer to go with Sachse Plumbing, and Kenny and his 2 crew members did a FANTASTIC job right on schedule. The quality of all the work was excellent as was all the material utilized as Kenny used the much more expensive but longer lasting "gold standard" copper pipe/fittings for the entire job (all the other bidders had proposed using PEX). Bottom line: Kenny and Sachse Plumbing will be my go-to guys for all future plumbing work!!
