Called this plumber; talked about the coupon; he was able to come in about 3 days; gave me an estimate with the coupon. Completed the work.

It went very well. Kenny is very knowledgeable. Looked at the faucet and new exactly what kind it was. He tightend up a part inside the faucet, took him 5 mins total and bid us a good day. No charge at all. We were shocked. Kenny is the MAN! I will give his business card to my neighbors. An honest guy that is knowledgeable is a RARITY now days. What a blessing indeed!

I called Kenny one evening with the problem, he was prompt and came by and fixed the problem next day. I did not even met him. He called me next day and said he fixed the problem and I paid him over the phone.

I had a leaking faucet outside. It was something that did not need attention promptly. I called Kenny Monday afternoon, late. He said he would get to me tomorrow. He texted me about 30 min. before he came,fixed it and texted me he had finished. Great service and I will use him again.

OMG-what a find! I called Kenny this morning and it is now 2pm and my new hot water heater is in and warming up. He quoted me a price of $1500.00 and I bought one of the specials through Angie's List for $250.00 for $500.00 off a tankless water heater, unfortunately not realizing I was only needing a regular hot water heater. When I showed the receipt to Kenny he pointed out the difference. He then proceeded to take $250.00 off from the $1500.00 quote so I wouldn't have to eat it. He was totally professional and will be taking care of all my plumbing repairs in the future. What a pleasant experience!

I really believe that I called another company, thinking it was Sachse Plumbing, but it was not. I didn't recall speaking to Kenny and he didn't recall speaking with me about the issue either, though my notes were written beside his company name. But I decided to go ahead with him anyway, though I was having second thoughts. Kenny called me to let me know he was on his way, which was good, because he wasn't sure he'd make it right on time, which was fine. I checked to be sure he had my husband's cell, he said he did, just called the first one he saw. According to my husband, he wasn't there long, which was expected, but he was very unprofessional. He said the job was simple enough, just "needed a couple of mexicans and a shovel", yet gave an 1200.00 estimate. I am not sure if he just didn't want to do the job or thought we had more money to give, in any case NO ONE had even come close to that from all the research we have been able to do thus far, in this particular case. I chose him, due to good reviews on Angie's list. In this case, it simply didn't work out and I would not use or recommend his company, though I appreciate him coming out and taking the time.

He arrived on time, and obviously knows his business. Expeditiously got the new faucet installed. He was very thorough, checking carefully for any leaks. Later in the day, my wife noted that no hot water was coming out of the new faucet. He came back to the house almost immediately, despite being enroute home to dinner, to check out the problem. He found that the hot/cold water pipes under our countertop were installed backwards by the builder and we actually DID have hot water from the faucet, if you turned the faucet to the cold water side! He reversed the supply hoses and again checked the entire hookup for any leaks. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we will be using him as our household plumber from now on! Interestingly, his Father and Grandfather were also plumbers, and his Dad, although semi-retired, serves as a backup for emergencies if he is tied up on another project or too busy to quickly respond to calls. That's a pretty nice feature to have available!

It went great. Very quick and effecient. Kenny arrived and assessed the issue. He new what he needed, went out to him truck got the supplies and repaired my leak. He was completed within an hour.

All the toilets were backing up and needed immediate attention. Kenny of Sachse Plumbing promptly returned my call (as opposed to others) and worked me into his busy schedule. He was thorough, took care of the problem, was courteous, attentive and efficient. Would highly recommend him.

Arrived promptly. Went over repairs needed.. Work was completed and reviewed everything that was done. I was pleased with the job and I can tell he takes pride in his work. I will definitely call on him for future plumbing jobs.

A faucet up front got pulled up to hard and it snapped off. They came within one hour of us calling them and they were very good.

Kenny was extremely professional and friendly. Explained exactly what needed to be done and took care of it in short order. He even honored his 10% off coupon for Angies List customers. Would not hesitate to call on him again in the future.

I called one plumbing company rated A in Angie's List. They wanted $200.00 on a Sunday before they even entered the house. I called Sachse Plumbing and their Sunday price was $50.00. THe tech cam within an hour. Had everything fixed in about 45 minutes, cleaned up and was very nice.

Called them Thursday morning to inquire about water heater replacement prices as ours had developed a leak that morning. Left a message and call was returned within an hour. I ask when they could do the job and he replied Friday morning. Great. He called me Friday morning to make sure that I still wanted the job completed and to let me know when they would arrive. I told them yes, head on over. He arrived promptly and completed the replacement in about 1 hour. Very professional and complete job. Appreciate the timely response and getting my downstairs hot water working again. Will use them again in the future if needed.

I called Kenny and he gave me an estimate over the phone to install two hot water heaters and some other minor plumbing work. He was able to work me into his schedule very quickly. He came over on a Saturday to look at what he was going to be dealing with then arrived early Monday to start the work. A little over four hours later, I had two new hot water heaters installed. I appreciate Kenny's no nonsense and upfront way of doing business, and he charged me exactly what he had estimated. I would definitely call on Kenny with Sachse Plumbing in the future.

He was nice and he got the work done. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

,Back in May, we had a leak in our small bathroom that involved the foundation in our house. Kenny was excellent! He worked with us on scheduling and payment. He got the job done fast, with ease, and was very knowledgeable. Since then, we call him when we need plumbing assistance. His prices are fair and he always returns our calls immediately. Last job was running water line for washer

After calling several other plumbing companies and getting outrageous estimates a friend told me to call Kenny @ Sachse Plumbing and I'm so glad I did. Kenny was dependable and most of all very knowledgeable. He did several jobs around my home and the fee was very reasonable. It is so refreshing to find someone that is honest, loves their job and is proud of the work they do. I will use Sachse Plumbing from now on.
