Description of Work: My condo rental has old original 3-knob shower faucet system, which is not seen a lot anymore, but the hot water faucet has always been troublesome for many years. I allowed it to leak too long once and it corroded the drain cover and when it finally completely failed, the hot water sprayed out relentlessly against the shower wall and being supplied from a main boiler, the hot water never ran out and steamed the entirety of the upstairs bedrooms. The only way to stop it was to contact the HOA and have them turn the central water off which took some time. Finding the correct faucet stem was also time consuming since it was such an old faucet This has happened to me twice over the course of ~4 years, so when I moved out and rented to my siblings I always was on edge about that hot water faucet failing again. Well recently heard that it had in fact been leaking slightly for about a week and decided it was time for an overhaul. | |The WillowSprings HOA was unwilling to shut the hot water off on the day we had agreed upon fixing it, so he returned two days later when they do their weekly shut offs for maintenance plumbing work such as this, and finished the job within an hour or two. He even stuck around until the HOA turned the hot water back on to ensure that there were no leaks. I needn't worry about faucets failing and costly water damage no longer! |I suppose the best part from this experience was that they we able to work with my unaccommodating HOA and that there were no extra/hidden costs from the original number given to me. I also was given status updates throughout the process, since I no longer reside there.

Description of Work: Called him to fix a leak, and he discovered a broken sewer pipe under our house. The pipe was fixed by another company by our builders, but Sachse Plumbing did the grunt work of draining everything out, and they found and fixed the leak. Very prompt, professional, and trustworthy.
