My neighbor was refusing to believe that the fence between our properties was sitting on my land even though the two property pins at the ends of the lot were "past" the fence. Land point surveyors had surveyed my property earlier and I called them out to mark the property line. They use a tape measure to do their work. The slack in the tape measure results in too much error in the property edge location. They marked the property line but the markers were not in a straight line. I shot a laser from one end to the other and some of the markers were almost 6" off from the straight line. In this era of GPS and lasers, I felt their measurement technique was too sloppy. I got another company to come and redo the job. They used transit levels and the line they marked was perfect. I like the friendliness of this company but I was not thrilled with the accuracy of their work.

I gave them a try because of their good reviews and they did not disappoint. Had them out to do a new survey because I had put up fences on 1 acre. Not only were they quick to respond, professional and pretty much everything else good, but they were reasonably priced and went above and beyond by marking the boundaries really good! Would highly recommend.

They were nice, easy to deal with and punctual.

A+ all the way. The front office (Joanne) did a great job setting up the appointement and explaining the pricing options ... ths is great because you only buy what you need. For example for my property, which is about 1/4 acre, I was given these options : (1) Survey/mark the property boundaries only - $225, (2) Survey/mark the boundaries Plus the prints - $275, (3) Everything including structures and prints - $375. For a fence replace, "1" should be OK, but I went with "2" because we share a fence with neighbor (turned out to be neighbor's fence actually) and are in an HOA. So best to have the paperwork ! Ken and helper came out, and it was fun seeing the "forensic" work to find the original etched hyroglyphics in the street as well as locating the iron bars driven into the ground. They marked all the corners with stakes plus flags right over the buried makers. Service was friendly and professional. No big surprises, and Ken dropped by a number of copies of the print a couple days later. Easy, painless, professional, did not break the bank, got what I needed, no problems !

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Land Point Surveyors. They scheduled my service very quickly. The actual providers arrived timely and completed the service thoroughly but quickly. They even came down from $50 the originally quoted price. I received the email copy within 2 days and the hard copy within 4 days. I would definitely use this provider again.

Used Land Point Surveying because a previous survey by another provider was done incorrectly for my house in Dallas. They were able to give me an estimate after the initial phone call and they reviewed my property. Was very happy with the work they did. They also made a modification to the survey after I asked them to. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I wanted a quick turnaround and they provided a three business day completion as promised. Ken took extra time to meet me at my work location to deliver the survey to me. Friendly and Professional. I would definitely use them again.

Had to get a land survey for a mortgage refinance I was wanting. Couldn't find the original survey anywhere so I opted to get a new one. Called these folks for a quote, spoke to a woman who said she would speak to Ken who does the surveys and let me know when they would be available to do the survey and how much it would cost. Got a call back about an hour later with a date and a price, Ken did the survey on the day stipulated, took a couple of days to plot the survey and hand delivered it to me at work. Professional looking survey with several copies to go with it, the mortgage company had no complaints with it and neither did I. Only downside really was that they wanted to be paid by cash or check but I guess they've been burned by credit card companies in the past so that's their business. Other than that, no issues. On a side note this survey answers a long standing question I'd had over whether or not I have a zero lot line property (I do).

Satisfactory overall. Missed completion time by one day, but did not create a problem in this case.

They were good. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. They were cheaper than other places. They were more reasonable. Another person wanted $660 for a full thing but that was not what I needed. They have a person that answers the phone which is nice. Two guys came out and they were quiet, nice and efficient. The price was fair. I was happy with it.

I did not end up using them. This would have been my third time usuing them. The first two times they did good and only charged $250 each. This time around they were charging way too much, so I did not use them the third time.

They were very prompt in their service. They were very prompt in calling back. They were reasonable in cost. I don't have the results back. They won't get back to us until next week. They have to put everything in the computer and send it back to us.
