 + -1 moreMy air conditioner is almost 20 years old, and Dwight has worked on it a couple of times over the years. He is always very prompt and professional and thoroughly explains what he has done.
Description of Work: Replaced burned out wiring to compressor with copper tube end wiring. Washed condensor coils, replaced filters and checked freon charge.

 + 0 moreI'm trying to sell this house. My real estate agent contacted me to say that the home inspector had turned off the gas to the house because there was a gas leak near the furnace. I called Dwight immediately as 1. gas leaks are bad and 2. we are going to have a deep freeze this evening, and it's a good idea to have heat in a house when there is a deep freeze. Dwight was there in about an hour, diagnosed my problem and solved it. While he was at it, he fixed the fan on the A/C condenser.
Description of Work: Repaired the AC condenser fan and a gas line leak.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working so i called Dwight out to take a look. The blower fan needed to be replaced - he took care of it without complication.
