Decathlon Construction

Description of Work: Decathlon put on our patio cover last year and it's gorgeous. Like another reviewer commented, I compared my patio to others in the neighborhood and Decathlon builds better than any of them, especially the way they integrate it to the existing structure. I've had other contractors out for gutter work or window estimates and they comment on how nice the patio cover looks. The owners and workers were all great.

Description of Work: I highly recommend this firm. We just completed a huge backyard "redo" and Decathlon did a great job. The project took about 3 months but included demolishing 500 SF of existing patio, pouring over 1,200 SF of Stamped concrete, building two huge pergolas, reframing part of our porch, running electrical and installing outdoor fans. But I must say that as great as their work was (and really, they are craftsman), it was their flexibility, customer service and quality commitment that wowed me. Let me explain: our project also included new landscape and irrigation which meant they had to coordinate with Shades of Green and Andy's Sprinkler Service - which they were incredibly willing to do. And then there was my husband, constantly making changes - which they'd always accommodate. And is it bad to say that during the demo they broke a pipe, which was not discovered until AFTER the concrete was poured. Contractors are notorious for disappearing when a mistake happens - and this one was expensive. BUT Decathlon was great - no questions asked, they got out here quickly and fixed it. The great companies don't just deliver great service... They step UP when they fall short, which in my mind makes Decathlon great.
