Kevin was professional and friendly over the phone and when he heard our unique situation, he understood the urgency and was able to come out the same day. Bottom line is he got us back up and running quickly.

Called and reached Kevin who was just finishing another appointment. After explaining my situation, he said he would head straight to my house to help. He arrived in about 30 minutes and diagnosed the issue in the next 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely user again.

We called our Home Warranty company to request an electrician to investigate why a particular 20 AMP breaker for the outlets in the 2 "back bedrooms" was being continually triggered, even under very low load. The electrician came to our house and after a cursory diagnosis he indicated that the breaker in question was "more sensitive" that the "old" breakers and that the breaker was tripping because of an "arc" condition generated by the hardware we were using (a monitor, DSL modem, wireless router, and Netgear NAS). This electrician suggested that we consider replacing the hardware to resolve the issue. When I suggested that the breaker might be faulty the electrician assured me that was not the case and furthermore that he would have difficulty getting the Home Warranty company to authorize the purchase of a new breaker. We paid the electrician the mandatory $75 service call fee and of course the problem was not resolved and persisted even when I reduced the load on the breaker to just the modem and router. Eventually I was able to have the Home Warranty company send another electrician, Kevin, who promptly replaced the breaker and resolved the problem. Now I am able to run all of my office equipment in my office as well as lights and other electrical equipment in the 2nd "back" bedroom without any issues.
