After numerous delays, the job was finally started. When completed, it was entirely unsatisfactory. It also cost $250.00 more than promised. The liner is full of large wrinkles, so large the pool skimmer gets stuck in them. Scott knew I was dissatisfied with the job, and to "make up" for the extra $250.00 he promised some free pool service. This consisted of coming over one time, and just standing around and looking at the pool. After only nine months, the liner began to leak, and eventually the pool was completely empty. I again made contact with him in March of 2013, and he came over and looked at the pool, and promised to return and fix it. His initial visit was delayed due to my having a new fence installed, but when I contacted him after the fence was complete he never replied. When I finally made contact with him again, he promised to come on April 8, 2013, and begin work on the pool. He never showed up, and I never heard from him again. After these futile attempts to work things out with him directly, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes mediation might solve the problem, but he never responded to them. This company completely ruined my pool, and has done absolutely nothing to correct their mistake.

Blue Wave Pools of North Dallas were just lovely in the beginning. My husband and I have been buyers for 20 years, we both buy services, products, whatever. They were wonderful in the beginning. They came to clean my pool and for the first two or three months they were conscientious, customer service was great, they were phenomenal. I was getting ready to get on and give them a review, and then, charging me $75 a week, they would do nothing but pull the skimmer right out of the basket and put some chlorine tabs in it. They didn't vacuum the pool, they didn't clean it. We have a salt system, and I kept asking "When are you going to put salt in the pool?" It took us 5 1/2 months for him to get back to us when he told us he was going to repair our poleras (it is a piece of pool equipment). Nice people, loved them, they gave me a referral to my cardiologist who probably saved my life, and that was why I was so loyal and I tried so hard to make it work. Not really delivering what they promised to deliver. I loved Rebecca, she was such a sweet lady, but she just didn't know anything about pools and relied on her husband. Scott just told her what to do and say. In the end we couldn't even get him to return our phone calls because he was avoiding us. I told them from the very beginning that the scheduling was important and had to be at the same time every week. They never called to say that it wasn't happening at the scheduled time.

Never come when promised, took much longer than promised. Did not finish job. Promised tile work and NEVER came back to finish. Asked several, several times. He also said he would replace chemicals and add new after his work was finished AND he used OUR chemicals to do this!!! Our handrail leaks and gargles and we never got our tiles in the steps or the seat on the side of the pool. I would never use this guy for anything. Not even maintenance! I believe he really took advantage of us and I am so mad about this because we really were nice to him. It makes me uncomfortable knowing he knows so much about our home and our family when he treats his customers like this. Beware!
