Everything went very well, as usual for ACME.

Went fine for a while, but a couple of weeks later I was having the same problem. Hired another AC guy, he informed me that the unit was over charged and that the problem was that the insulation was blocking air flow in the unit. He stated ACME should have seen and addressed the issue.

On time, efficient and friendly service. I have also used ACME for one my air conditioner compressors replacement. They provide excellent quality and superior services.

My wife and I have been using ACME for over 15 years and are always pleased. To be fair, they may not always be the least expensive, but their work is top notch, they are not pushy, they provide options, and perform the work professionally and expeditiously. Ronnie and his son Dallas are friendly and great to work with. In this particular case, the blower was making noise which seemed to be getting worse. ACME diagnosed the problem and provided an option for replacing the blower or replacing the furnace. We opted for the new furnace because of the age of our existing unit and its poor performance. The rest of our system had been replaced by ACME over the last couple of years (Coil, AC unit, pan, etc) so it made sense to invest. They diagnosed on one day (Wednesday) and replace the unit the next morning. They also extended financing to us with absolutely no hassle since we were long time customers. We are very happy with ACME and we recommend them whenever possible.

It was on a Sunday and everything that could go wrong did. I called him, he came down and replaced the unit. He gave me a choice about what we could do. It was either we replaced the unit or replace the part. There was no pressure and I was very impressed with that.

Ronnie arrived exactly when Shawn said he would. He was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. He got to work right away to diagnose the problem and fix up my system. I had to pay a little extra because it was the weekend but I was pleased with the work and felt very comfortable with him in my home. In addition to the repairs, he gave me great tips on keeping my system clean and choosing the optimal temperature. He even put my new air filter in and hosed down the compressor for me. It was a very pleasant experience on a not so pleasant (i.e. very hot) afternoon.

For several years now ACME has been helping me by nursing an older unit through the summers, this year it was beyond hope. Dallas came out and diagnosed the problem on Monday and gave me my options and time to think. I called on Friday to confer and Dallas and Shawn came back out to see if there existed any other options. After conferring foe a bit we decided on a replacement. Although I was willing to wait over the weekend without AC until they could fit me in their schedule, Shawn insisted they come back on Saturday in order that we not go any longer without AC. Saturday morning Ronnie, Shawn and Dallas all showed up and got after it. By afternoon we had AC. It's the kind of service I have come to expect from ACME, the best.

Bit-by-bit the air conditioners have needed different services. They have come out and helped us every time we need it. They understand when something is serious so they will rearrange their schedule to accommodate us.

This company was very quick to get out here and the service person is also the owner. He is very friendly and did a great job of explaining everything to me in good detail. It was a little more expensive than a couple of the other bids that I received but he was the first available and his quality of work was well worth the extra little bit of money.
