+ -1 moreDevon did an incredible job uncovering several serious problems with the home that we did not recognize ourselves. The house was purchased by a house flipper and it had been gutted and completely remodeled. However, Devon was able to peal back so to speak the new work and uncover several serious problems with the home, including electrical, structural, A/C, roof and termite problems that our untrained eye did not see.
Description of Work: We had a contract on a home to purchase from a house flipper and Devon Bailey performed a full inspection of the property.
