+ -1 moreDiane is a GEM. I hired Diane to do a courtesy clean on my house for the new owners, but ended up canceling because the new owners were going to do some construction before moving in . The moving day was NOT going as planned and she contacted me to see if I needed anything from her after all. Diane came over cleaned the bathrooms, the fridge, and wiped out cabinets. What an angel. She saved me time and did a great job. I wish I was not moving out of state so I could use her again. She is professional and does a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's Big Deal for 3 hrs. of cleaning from Maid in America. Their advertised description of how dedicated they are to thoroughly cleaning your home, was just what I was looking for. First, they arrived almost an hour after the time they told me, making me late for work. Then, since they had never cleaned my house before, I spent ~ 5mins. showing them the rooms to clean (BTW, I only wanted my main level done). As suggested on their website, I had a couple of key areas for them to focus on. During my 5mins. with them, I was reminded that they were ONLY scheduled for 1.5 hours/per person(2 people, total 3 hrs)...essentially telling me to hurry up, the clock was ticking! When I came home, I was SHOCKED at what an INCOMPLETE job they did. Words can't describe how flabbergasted I was to find only 1of3 areas vacuumed, kitchen hadn't been touched, & and on & on. Can't fathom why they couldn't accomplish more in the time they were here....DEFINITELY didn't live up to their claims:(

+ -1 moreI really like Diane. It was very easy to explain what I wanted done and to come to an agreement on terms. Overall my house was cleaned very well, she was punctual and worked hard. She responded quickly to my request for information and did everything she said she would. I paid a lot more than I expected - that was the only real down side. I've had her back since the initial clean and paid only $90.

+ -1 moreMy daughter was moving into a new apartment in Dallas, and we needed help shutting down the apartment with hopes of getting the deposit back. We found Diane on Angies List and called her on very short notice. She typically doesn't do Saturday's but made an exception for my daughter, considering the circumstances (she has children of her own). Will all of that said, Diane showed up promptly and did an incredible job. My daughter will now use her services monthly at her new location. I highly recommend her services to anyone else in the area looking for help.
Description of Work: The apartment was empty, Diane cleaned everything from the bathroom, baseboards, lifting up the oven to clean underneath, laundry washer/dryer. She did a fabulous job and it smelt so good!
