Description of Work: its been about a year ago, we needed a new panel on our garage door, Greg came out gave us an estimate and ordered a new panel. when the panel came in he came back out and installed it and did a check on the door as well as some minor maintenance at no additional charge. Greg was very professional, I felt like I have known him for years. Would definatley use them again and again.

Description of Work: Our garage door was bent at the top from trying to open when locked. Greg came out checked the operation of our garage door and spoke with my husband about replacing the section as opposed to the whole door.. My husband also wanted a new support bracket for the top and he & Greg discussed that as well. Greg told him it was his decision if he wanted it he would get it. There was no pressure from Greg to buy anything. He answered all our questions, gave his opinion when my husband asked for it. He came out 3 days later and installed the top section of the door and the new support. He lubed the springs & all rollers and checked the operation. He also checked the door on the single car garage as well and lubed those hinges & spring. Greg was very friendly and he called when he was headed out our direction. He gave us an estimate up front and there were no hidden fees. It was a great experience and we plan on using him again when we install a gate, he does that as well.
