+ -1 moreBob was amazing in service and knowledge. My dogs ate 4 of my blinds after all of the holiday fireworks and Bob was able to fix them all for about the cost of a new blind. I also ordered 3 new shades from my Master Bed and I really love how they look and hold out the light. I will use Bloomin' Blinds over and over and over again
