Description of Work: We first hired Alert Alarms several years ago to check our existing alarm system, which had been installed by another provider. Because of inherent problems with the system, Alert Alarms recommended that we switch to a different system, which we did in December 2015. Since that time, we have had NO problems. However, we hire Alert Alarms to come back at least once/year to thoroughly check the system to make sure everything is OK. Last check was December 2016.

Description of Work: Converted a 2gig system back to a regular wireless system primarily using equipment from a previous installation by Brinks. This cut the expense since the Brinks equipment was compatible with Alert's equipment and still usable. The installation went well and the installer was prompt and professional.

+ -1 moreHe had installed the alarms in our home initially before we had bought it. He came and explained the alarm system with us once we got moved into the home. He has continued to maintain great service throughout the years. He responds quickly. He is very friendly and very personable. It is a owned family business. He is as honest as the day is long. If there has ever been an issue with our system over the years they are able to help us out immediately. He is very eager to please. The monitoring service they have also provides great service, they call us first if anything seems suspicious. The rates for this service are also very good.
Description of Work: We've been using them for 19 years for our security systems services.
