W3 Electric is a great company. My husband and I were awakened in the middle of the night by a burning chemical smell that permeated the back of the house. I didn't panic but knew I had to get an electrician out here fast! I googled W3 Electric and saw the solid reviews. What made me call was they had same day response/service! Jacob came by and he was wonderful! He explained what was happening with the electrical system in our house. Our home was built in 1981 and the electrical system that was great over 40 years ago cannot withstand the demands of all of the electronics we have today (computer, smart tv, smart oven, etc.) Jacob did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to check out the outlets and switches in every room to make a educated decision that we needed a redevice and restem. I was relieved because I thought we would have to do a costly rewire of the whole house. Jacob put our minds at ease. He was kind and thoughtful. He took time to speak with my Mother and offered to help her carry a bag for her. He was very personable. Jacob and his crew will be back this morning to do the work. Thanks to Jacob, we have a peace of mind now that we know the electrical system will be restored in our home and be affordable. If you need good electrical work done, I recommend Jacob and W3 Electric.

We had Jacob out and he set us up with a great price and his team of Ryland, Jimmy and the rest did a fabulous job of correcting and replacing our 25 year old home’s issues, plus set us up with generator works! Five stars! Great company.

Our electrician, Jacob, worked with me to provide timely estimates and tackle all the problems to ensure power was restored safely to my home and up to Plano city code. Great quality and trustworthy people. Customer service is excellent, family owned businesses like this must be protected. They wired up my hot tub and an extra outlet for tv and lights. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

These guys were great and I would recommend them for any electrical job — on-time, super friendly, detailed, and efficient.

Their quote was $250 to replace a $10 breaker. They charge a flat fee of $225 to come to your house no matter what the job is. Obviously I didn't use them.

We have had Bill at W3 do a couple of jobs for. He is a true professional...great appearance, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and takes time to explain his recommendations and how much it will cost. We will definitely use W3 again!

Not only was Bill Witty respectful and helpful but also worked so hard to accomplish everything I wanted by adding switches and light fixtures in my new home. Bill arrived at 10 am to provide an estimate and called me back spins 11:30 saying his warehouse had all supplies and he could get sub panel Wired up that day. By 2 pm he was done. Great job.

Bill arrived the same day I called, went beyond my expectations. All the work was very professional and high quality. We just had the house built 2 years ago, so I was surprised we were already having these type of problems. Bill was able to get to root cause on each problem and resolve them. He even went out of his way to go pick up a new outdoor ceiling fan from Home Depot, brought it back and installed it. I will definitely be calling W3 Electric again anytime I need some electrical work done. HIGHLY Recommended.

The panel replacement went way smoother than I expected, especially since they had to move it from a closet to exterior wall. We just bought the house, and it's a bit old, so it had a lot of malfunctioning light fixtures and old wiring. W3 took care of everything! I was very impressed with how thorough they were, in their work and in explaining everything to me. I also appreciated how professional they were; not in a stuffy way- just showing up on time and cleaning up and such. Seems like the really enjoy their work and take pride in it. I highly recomend W3 Electric!
