 + 0 moreI was very disappointed and the service was poor. He showed the day I called him, diagnosed the problem quickly. He told me he would re-do the grout work. Said he would do it the following week and he never called me back after he removed a piece of tile. I have never heard from Mr. Bartell again.
Description of Work: Supposed to re-do grout work in my bathroom.

 + 1 moreExcellent He is very thorough. Rick was very punctual and came to my home during the ice storm. Completely unbelievable!!! I would give Rick an A+ rating anytime!!!
Description of Work: Replace vanity door in bathroom . And installed it also braces on stairs bars. He did an excellent job. Rate him all A in general. Rick returned on 12/10/13 & unclogged the bathroom tub & replaced the internal toilet pump.

Description of Work: Rick let his best tile guy and helper do the tile job , when they first started they were very detailed on getting it right and taking their time and doing it right and then they got a phone call about another job and our tile job went down hill from there . they got in a hurry and the end result was less than satisfactory, they also wanted the all the money before the job was finished, (my- mistake) so the grouting was not done right, it looks sloppy .

He was at my house within 10 minutes to give me an estimate, which I felt was very reasonable.On the appointed date of the repair work, Rick and his helper, Cory, arrived at my house exactly on time. The tile I had was actually discontinued, but Ricky managed to find some that matched exactly. The work they did is excellent, and I was extremely relieved that they work site was completely cleaned up and neat before they left. I would definitely use Ricky again.
Description of Work: After a plumber had fixed a leak in my bathtub faucet, I needed to replace a fairly large section of the tile that the plumber had knocked out in order to get to the pipes.

 + 1 moreHe did an excellent job in the bathroom. He did a good job on the deadlock, too. They did an excellent job, and they were courteous. They came at the time they said they were coming. I have nothing bad to say about them.
Description of Work: He did some carpentry work for us. He put a deadlock in on the front door. He took the tile out of one side of the shower, where the water had ruined it. He cleaned the tile and put it back in.

 + 3 moreRich had come in recently for us and had installed three new sliding doors, he is very neat,meticulous and conscientious of his surroundings.
Description of Work: Rich has done a lot of work for me over seven years. He has retiled my bathroom, installed storm doors, hung doors, he has painted for me, and also he's done a bunch of different work for me. Rich had also come in to fix some termite damage in the wood.
