+ -1 moreI was referred to Rhino Moving Pros by a client of mine who had just used them to move his entire jewelry manufacturing office and warehouse. He had also recommended them to another associate before me. He raved about them and how great they were. i used them to move my acting studio/office and they were amazing! Not only were they on time, but they were waiting for me when I got there. The two men were courteous and very fast. They have a two hour minimum and they really hustled to get it done on time. Mine was a smallish move and only went over by 15 minutes. They company didn't charge me for an additional hour, only the 15 minutes! So instead of costing me $200, it was $212. No big deal at all. And they were very careful with my things. No damage at all, but had there been, I was assured it would have been taken care of immediately. When I first contacted them I heard back quickly from Nichole, one of the owners. She was really nice, professional and communicative. She was great to work with and was always easily available whenever I had any additional questions. I would recommend Rhino Moving Pros absolutely!
Description of Work: Rhino Moving Pros moved my acting studio/office into a new location. They shrink-wrapped and padded everything prior to loading on their truck. Once at the new building, the elevator stopped working halfway through the move and they didn't miss a step! They gladly and willingly took the stairs to the second floor and didn't slow down a bit. I had some furniture across the parking lot in another suite I had been using temporarily and they gladly got all of it and put it in my new space. They did not charge me additional to do that!

+ 1 moreAMAZING. They stepped up at the last minute and started loading my truck at 6 pm and unexpectedly needed to drive it 3 hours for my move. They did not arrive until after 1 am and unpacked everything and got everything set up with no questions asked. Absolutely no damages occured, and they did more than was expected. Very friendly and great group of movers. Highly recommend for any type of moving.
Description of Work: Loaded and moved all of my two-story house starting at 6 pm, drove 3 hours to the new location and were done unloading and setting up all appliances and furniture by 4am.
