Description of Work: Took off and replaced roof on a 2468' house/garage, replace gutters. My shingles were delivered to the wrong house, but my salesman quickly resolved the problem and shingles were at my house the same day so the work day did not have to be rescheduled. Two other concerns were: the gutter company measured one day and said when they would be back to install, but did not come that day. After waiting about a week, I called to see what happened to them. The main installer had an ankle injury and then I was rescheduled. Also, I was promised an incentive check for referring a neighbor. Once their roof was completed, I only received half the amount promised. I called and complained. I was told the policy changed, but they would send me the other half. I had to call two more times to follow up because it took weeks. Finally, I did get the remainder. Overall, I think the work done is excellent and I would use them again.
