Description of Work: 2.25.11 - company agent arrived to replace the inner workings of four (4) toilets in my home, water inlets, water piping from wall to water tanks, water shut off valves, and wrapped wire tubing, floats, flappers, etc., etc., they were late in arriving, but the agent of the company, "David" completed the job and the 500.00$ was paid. 5.13.11 - my toilet in the master bath, started to continuously run, and I was unable to stop the flow of water, other than by shutting off the newly installed water valve from the wall, called Pope Plumbing and asked for a service call, and was told they could be at my home on Tuesday, 5.17.11, and that they would call to inform me as to the time of arrival of their agent. 5.16.11 - not having heard from the company, I called Pope Plumbing to get arrival time of their agent on Tuesday, 5.17.11, and was told it would be "after 3:00pm, and before 5:00pm. 5.17.11 - at 5:45pm, not having heard from the company, I called and was told that they could not be here, and asked me if a Wednesday, 5.18.11 appointment could be scheduled. I agreed, but only if it can be in the morning. I do not believe they will fulfill their obligation. The initial technician that installed the new inner workings of my toilets, "David," is no longer employed by the company. Their lack of response to a PROMISED CALL TO SCHEDULE THE WORK IS UNACCEPTABLE. I waited the complete day, Tuesday, for the company to arrive, and they failed in their promise and did not call me to inform me of their inability to perform their promised service. I HIGH DO NOT RECCOMEND THE COMPANY, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS VERY SUSPECT. 5.
