 + -1 moreWas a bit of a rocky experience, but all in all, the company did what was right. After what I felt was a poor installation job, the sales manager, Jeremiah, ended up offering to have the contractor return to fix the caulking in the bathroom and area in my sons room that required new paneling. He also reimbursed for the damaged plants in the front yard and cleaning fees for the mess that was left. I appreciate that Jeremiah saw the customer's perspective and listened to their concerns. Thank you for your professionalism.
