Timothy, our technician, was courteous and genuinely concerned about the service he provided and the reputation of the company he works for. We chose an ongoing maintenance plan. Thanks guys.

They were good

On time, courteous, respectful, friendly. Both men were on their A-game, performed check-up on both outside heatpump and attic air handler. I was a former customer of Baker Bros. on their monthly "family plan", and they always found something wrong to "jack-up" the bill. Just something about young techs on commission and honesty. I think the temptation to be greedy is just too great.

Our heat went out on our 19-year-old central air/heat unit, 2 days before Thanksgiving! I asked for quotes on Angi, and got a call from Mr. Air in less than 5 minutes! William and his brother Trenton came out within a couple of hours to look at the unit. They discussed all our options for repair and replacement, at several price points. We decided to replace the unit due to its age. To our surprise, they said they would do the work the next day! They arrived with their very friendly crew at 8:00 am, worked all day in our small, 1951 attic, and finished that afternoon, in time for Thanksgiving the next day. Very thorough, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

We purchased an older home recently. Our home desperately needed attic insulation, and I was able to get three estimates for a job from different companies. However, I chose Mr. Air Repair over the other two companies not only because of the price ( which was reasonable) I chose Mr. Air Repair because of the estimate that William Phillips, the owner and the lead person gave me was observant, practical and honest. Williamâ s assessment of the attic was not only included needs of insulation. He was only one that noted the poor condition of the air ducts and the need for them to be suspended properly which, in turn, should extend the life of the air condition unit. William and Trenton did a great job. They worked hard and stay until job was finished. They both were punctual , polite and professional. William for sure went the extra mile to help us to make the right choice of insulation product. I'm thankful to have found Will and Mr. Air Repair and have had them out several times for some issues with my aging HVAC. They're responsive, local to the area, willing to explain the "why" behind what they're needing to do and what they're going to do, and will tell you what is a "must" vs what is a "should". They fixed up my unit and kept me within budget at the same time.
