Installer showed up on time and was very professional. He wasn't familiar with the Kevo lock but got it installed and working in no time.

Called (twice, 2 days apart) about having a "chip/remote" car key made. They had the blank, quoted $145.00 for the remote and programming of the computer chip. I said I'd be down after confirming their Saturday hours being open till 3:00. After the 1/2 hour drive, I was informed that the machine for duplicating the code had just been taken off-site by one of their "techs". They had no idea where he went, when he'd be back so - no key and another 1/2 hour drive home.

Showed up on time, and did not charge after-hours rate. There was an issue with one of the locks but they came out when I requested and promptly corrected the issue.

They were good. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do.

I needed a locksmith early on a Sunday morning. Force One is the only company who returned my calls for help. I explained that a dog was locked in the house; therefore they made my call a priority. They arrived within 40 minutes. They beat their own estimate of one hour. Two young men arrived together in a company van and immediately went to work. They explained what they did on each door. The total job lasted about an hour. There were courteous and professional. I would most definitely contact this company again. Force One was the first positive experience that I've received off of Angie's List.

Overall I was satisfied, just wished the key had been registered correctly the first time.

I called on a Wednesday for service on Saturday. "No Problem. We'll be there between 11 and 2". James arrived before 11 and was finished by 12:30. When he arrived he went right to work, and he moved quickly! He explained why the front door was hard to open and showed me how to open it without causing future damage to the thumb latch on the handle (Pull first, then press down on the latch). He also installed a strike plate for a dead bolt that we had never finished installing. Very polite, considerate. Will definitely recommend.

I scheduled the appointment on Friday morning for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. On Saturday no one showed up. I called the company and they explained to me that a technician called in sick and she would have someone at my house by the afternoon. The technician arrived at 11:45 a.m. He was very professional and got the job done just in time. The job went really well and the technician, Meredith, was very nice. He was friendly and arrived in a Samson's truck. He did everything I requested. He recommended that I get a door viewer for the garage door (since it was a rental home). I did accept his recommendations and I was a happy customer.

WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. NOT A VERY TALKATIVE TECHNICIAN. HE JUST GETS THE JOB DONE AND MOVES ON.

WE NEEDED TO GET INTO OUR CAR AND DID NOT WANT TO BREAK A WINDOW IN MY CAR SO WE CALLED SAMSON'S LOCK AND KEY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND KIND. I LOVED THE PRICE TOO.

THEY WERE GOOD AT TAKING CARE OF US ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. EVERYTHING FELL INTO PLACE WHEN WE CALLED THEM.

WE HAVE HAD TO USE THEM TWICE. WE DIDN'T WORRY THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE WE KNEW THAT THEY WERE QUICK AND REASONABLY PRICED.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
