I supplied the flooring and they installed it. They installed on a concrete floor. I wish I had found another company. They were late the first day. They did not have the glue, so I had to go buy the glue. They installed some bad sections and they knew they were bad. They left glue all over the surface of the floor. It took me about a week to get that cleaned up. They left with about ¾ bucket of sealant that I had paid for; they were $90 a bucket. When I called about it, he was not responsive or helpful at all. There was no reimbursement. They did a horrible job. They cut the gap in the door jam to high. The part of the floor that meets the wall, the gap is so wide that the quarter round did not cover it. It was a horrible installation. He has done nothing about it. I paid him before they came in. I will never use them again. If I had more time I would have shopped around better. I would never use them again.

Ronnie was very responsive throughout the measuring and scheduling process and even faxed an invoice over. On a Tuesday, he confirmed to come out between 9AM - 10AM the following day, and a group indeed showed up at 10:00 the next day completing the job in a few hours. They left carpet reminance's and the area clean, and took extra care in making sure the carpet transitions looked perfectly. Thank you!
