They have not paid a subcontractor since November 2019. Have been trying every week since to get paid.

Laser Carpet Care & Restoration (part of The Laser Group) responded to a water damage call at my home. Tom J. initially handled my issue. He then turned it over to Tim P. who submitted repair numbers to insurance company. Insurance accepted all but one item which was not related to repairs. He wanted to resubmit his numbers and blend in the denied item. I told him that the insurance company would figure it out. He then told me to take my business elsewhere because I did not agree with his approach. Additionally, he told me that if I took my business elsewhere he would call the insurance company and ruin my insurance claim. He just inexplicably snapped and then hung up on me. After talking to his boss who seemed to not care, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I decided that I was not going to give them my business after Tim's bullying act, and threat to be a hurdle to the restoration of my home.
