Description of Work: Mounted 70" flat screen with articulating mount on the wall.

Description of Work: I hired him to put in some electronic equipment. I had him mount a TV in the corner of my office.

Description of Work: Here is how it went down. I called to get an idea of what it would cost to have my new super slim samsung mounted on the wall and hide all cords and also have outlets relocated. The guy said $75.00. "I said for all of that?" he said "yes" we set up an appointment and he and his wife came over a few days later. I had my own mount.. They were in class (or court...lots of stories)or something so they couldn't set an exact time, but i am easy and left it up to them to call and then come over. They arrived around noon. The guy had NO CLUE how to instal the mount, i gave him the instructions.... it was sad really because he said he totally know which tv i had and had installed them before. LIE #1 He was so confused on how to do the wires he looked at the wall for an hour. It was strange so I asked if he could come back tomorrow to finish the job. (it was almost 3:00) Oh yeah and he forgot a part, and I had to pick my child up from school. LIE #2 he then added a $55 charge to add an outlet, then said $45 which on his crappy website it quotes $40 even though he already said it was included in the original price. So a sort of switch and bait it felt like. I also offered he and his wife bottles of water which they really wanted but didn't take a sip and they took them with them. I noticed they already had water in their bag so that was shady. Long story longer he wanted half up front which is now $60.00 and half when he comes back. Remember originally the price was $75.00. I gave him $50 because they didn't have the correct change. These crooks NEVER CAME BACK!!!! I have texted a few times and they seem like they are going to come over, but they are "in court" or "it's my birthday" Total let down. I feel like a fool. ALSO they didn't even hang the tv correctly, they forgot crucial screws and I had to re do all of that.I know how to drill a hole and put a wall anchor in.... it was the hiding of the cords and the outlets i carelessly left to this husband and wife team. Just don't use these people, they also were snoopy. You know the kind, if you left the room they would steal something. Pretty pathetic.
