Greenly Maid

They have been cleaning my house since mid of 2019. They are always professional and efficient. Communication with Carmen has been wonderful. the team that gets sent to my house have always been friendly and detail oriented! I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family

They came out in a team of 4 ladies and worked very hard at cleaning my house. The price quoted on the phone was significantly lower than the price at the end of the service. If I ever do this again I want a written estimate and clear details on how I was going to be charged. For people who can afford it, it would be ok. I was very shocked when I was blindsided by this final price! I paid it and one of the ladies said because of 4 ladies being there and it was 2 hours.. that is the price! I paid it.. but I will never be blindsided by these people ever again.

I had guests coming on Thursday night and needed my house cleaned. I booked Greenly Maids to come to my house at 9am Thursday morning to perform the cleaning. They were quite a bit pricier than others I looked into, but I decided to give them a shot. They asked that I confirm with a text. I sent a text to confirm and they replied with a text confirming that they would be there that morning. A little while after nine on the day of our appointment they still hadn't shown up. The actual time wasn't in any of the confirmation texts (only spoken), so I was worried I messed up the time that they were planning on coming over. I sent another text to confirm, and they did not respond. I waited a while, and called them. They did not answer the phone and did not return my voice-mail. At about 10am I texted again. Still no response. At 11am I called again. They still did not answer, and to this day (It has now been over a week) they have never returned my texts or calls, not even to apologize or explain what happened. So after two ignored texts and two ignored calls, I realized that they were not going to show up. It was too late to book somebody else, and I had guests coming that night. So I had to re-arrange my whole schedule, get out of some important commitments, and clean my house my self. I can understand mix-ups in scheduling or logistics, but what really bothers me is how unprofessional it is to totally ignore my texts and phone calls. Maybe they went out of business from the time I booked the cleaning to the time they were supposed to show up. If so, then bad reviews won't matter and nobody will be trying to book them anyway. If that is not the case, though, I recommend you think twice before booking them if you really need the job done on a time-line. If they flake on you like they did with me it could really put you in a bind.

Team of 3 or 4 comes each month and cleans thoroughly. I continue to use and highly recommend them.

Owner Carmen professional first came to walk through the house to give cleaning estimate. Then 3 ladies came another day as scheduled and made the house sparkle in two hours. Regular dust/vacuum, wet mopped floors, but also cleaned and organized the fridge, stove, and cleaned patio windows inside and out. Also helped me get drapes down for spring cleaning.

They do a very good job.

Greenly Maid is a fantastic cleaning service! Carmen and her crew are extremely professional, courteous and hard-working! They clean our house from top to bottom once per month and it has been so worth it! They are also willing to focus on specific areas of our home; all we have to do is text or email our requests. Greenly Maids always arrives on time. The crew of Ladies are extremely professional. They even clean behind the toilet ! It's a wonderful experience to witness people who take pride and ownership in their jobs and Greenly Maids certainly does ! My home sparkles and smells so clean after they leave. We would highly recommend Greenly Maids.
