They did everything we asked and said they would do it for the insurance appraisal. They only do the basic shingle roofing; not able to do a fancy pattern. We told them the skylight we wanted, and they said it did not come in the size we needed. I contacted the company and found that it did. They got the skylight we wanted but did not install it properly which led to a leak. They also had to tear into the sheetrock inside the ceiling on one of the skylights and this is the one that leaked. It had rained between the time they finished the job and when they came to touch up the inside ceiling. There was a spot that wouldn't cover. They said it had to have been there before they did anything. It had rained in between the time the roof was finished and the time they came to paint, but they did not agree. It rained bigger and it leaked more. You could see the spot had a dripping design on the sheetrock. They said they would fix it if it was wet when they came to see it. If it was not wet, they said they would not be able to confirm the roof was leaking. We told them to get the hose and wet the roof, and then they agreed the roof had a leak when they saw the water. They said they would only replace the sheetrock if it bubbled on the inside which it did not. They said they would remove 3 rows of shingles and fix it the leaking roof. Instead, they came and caulked it, but did not tell us they had fixed it at the time. It leaked again. They then determined they had not installed the skylight properly and reseated it better. We noticed the first leaking in mid December. They said they could not repair it until mid January. It rained several more times and the spots grew worse. In March, they finally came and painted the ceiling inside only where the spots were. I understand they are home builders and are doing the roofing in between home building. Update one year later:our roof is still leaking in the same place. They sent their roofer who showed up with only a tube of caulk, no caulk gun or any tools. My husband loaned him our tools and he caulked some, but when it rained again, it still leaked. We also find small leaves in our bathtub below this skylight when it is very windy. I emailed and asked them if they would reimburse me to hire someone that could fix it for less than $200.00 but they didn't respond.
