Description of Work: Always added something extra I had to pay for each time I called them out. When I wanted to cancel they require a written letter and they have no e-mail address. I had to send it certified.

The gentleman was very professional and polite, explaining the current and future issues that he saw. He had a great sales pitch that wasn't pushy, and it was very informative. I did sign up for the quarterly program and have noticed a dramatic decrease in mosquitos this summer compared to last summer which was my main concern.
Description of Work: The service man did a visual inspection of the inside and outside of the house and completed a general pest control spray. He then offered the quarterly program based on his assesment.
