Dc Door

We had used Don previously on a garage door repair and replacement and as a contractor I decided to use Don on one of my projects. Asa small business owner Don explained he needed the cash up front on the type of overhead door to be replaced (around $4400). This was over a year ago. The door has not been replaced to this day nor has he attempted restitution. He is nothing short of a thief

Third time we have used Don, first two times were for repairs. DC doors kept our opener working just fine the last few years and it actually still worked fine. Kids moved back in and we needed 2 more openers but ours was so old we could not find them. Don installed a very quiet chain drive w/4 remotes plus the keypad for outside. $410 total. Wonderful to work with, on-time, paid exact quote. Don is the best

replace I was stupid enough to pull emergency relief handle on garage door while it was up. the door crashed to the ground breaking one of the springs. Don came out right away and could replace one for $80 or both for $125. we had both changed out. this was the second time we used don. our door quit working during a hard freeze and turns out a plastic gear froze and broke. he charged $60 to replace it. he could have told us that the unit had to be replaced and sold us a new one but he is honest to a fault. he spent 1.5 hours taking the thing apart and rebuilding it for $60. he is great, wished all service providers were as honest as him.
