They did exactly what I wanted to do. If they didn't get it right, I called them and they came back out and took care of it. I still use them and have a contract with them. They fertilize the yard, the grass cutting I do myself. I couldn't tell you how much I pay, but mine would be way out of whack for everybody else because I'm sitting on 3 acres. So, any price I put down would be way off. It would just scare people off. Just the grass area alone that they treat is larger than most lots and that's just a part of my property. Normally one person comes out to treat the grass, but when they work on the landscaping, it's two or three people. It takes them a good 45 minutes to fertilize and such.

Only one person came out and did that work, but I have a contract with them and when they come out to work on the landscaping, three or four people come. I have 3 acres. When they came last spring there were three or four people. I'm waiting to see how they do this year. I was pretty unhappy with the last service company I used. They just kept getting worse and worse and eventually I had to fire them.

You get what you pay for. If you want it cheap, don't call Covington. If you want it right, call Covington. They did a very good job.

They do good work. They had to work around the sprinklers and a fence. We have used them over the summer to help with our flowerbeds.

They gathered information. No services have been performed yet.

They were extremely timely. If we have any problems they will take care of it. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable about every aspect of their service. I have been using them for over 10 years.

I loved everything about them. It looks really great, and it has a water feature. I had to spend quite a bit for it. They were very professional, and they did everything they promised. They showed up when they were supposed to, and what I liked most about them was that their crew was very respectful of my property and also the way the prepared the ground before they put in the new product was absolutely excellent and that’s why I like them. They did a lot of ground preparation that I don’t think a lot of others would do. It was a wonderful experience from the designing to everything.

They did excellent work, and they were professional. They left the place clean. They followed up and replaced a tree that died. Their price was good. They were responsive and punctual.

The landscape architect was really easy to work with. We enjoyed working with him. The prices are little high, but everything else was good.

It went well. I did think the estimate was a little high, but they did explain the pricing breakdown.

I liked everything that they did and the workers were wonderful. Their price was high but the quality of the work was excellent. They also gave me a warranty. If the plants don't make it for a year, they will replace them.

They have great selection. They have wonderful customer service. The employees have great knowledge of the products.

We have a two or three year deal with them and they have been fine. They came out and did the work in stages. Most of the work is still left and we have stayed with them. I would tell people that they can depend on them. They are not the cheapest, but they are pretty good.

Convingtons Nursery did a very nice job. I have used them previously for other landscaping needs. They were great all around. Very professional and friendly crew. Always on time to complete the requested work.

Their service is pretty good. We were familiar with this company and felt good about their service because we had visited their retail store. The project is going well and it will be completed at the end of the year.

The entire experience was a positive one-from going to the nursery and meeting with their designer-to having the workmen come to the house-to enjoying the completed landscape changes. The crew was fast, courteous and professional. The amount of work they did for the price was certainly worth it. I will use them again!

I met with Lee, one of the landscape architects and consulted with him on my landscape plans. He was able to advise me on tree selection (steering me away from Bradford pears, for instance, as well as nixing red-tipped photinias for shrubs). He walked me through the nursery and we selected trees. He then met with me at home and we staked the tree locations and laid out and marked the beds in the back. We scheduled another time for the tree planting after removal by a third party, including cutting down the trees and removing the stumps. On that date, Lee and his crew installed and staked the new trees and instructed me on care and feeding. The trees have flourished and I am very happy with them.

I've always been very happy working with the people at this store. They will take as much time as is necessary to explain the right plants for the application. Quite knowledgeable, very pleasant. I always check them out when I'm shopping for something. Purchase was approx. $750.

THE FOLKS AT COVINGTON'S WERE VERY HELPFUL, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND OFFERED SIMPLE SOLUTIONS. WE PURCHASED THE TREE FROM COVINGTON'S TWO YEARS AGO ($700). COVINGTON'S WORKERS DELIVERED THE TREE, PLANTED IT WHERE WE REQUESTED, BEING CAREFUL TO AVOID UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM LINES. VERY GOOD, COMPETENT WORK. THE TREE WAS PURCHASED BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS FROM EMPLOYEES AT COVINGTON'S.

COVINGTON'S HAD BEAUTIFULL FLOWERS. THE SALES ASSISTANTS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

FOUND SOME REALLY PRETTY FLOWERS. SERVICE WAS GREAT.

THE SALES PEOPLE WHEN I PURCHASED THE FOUNTAIN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY NICE. THE GUYS THAT DELIVERED IT WERE ON TIME, THEY LEVELED THE AREA WHERE WE HAD THE FOUNTAIN INSTALLED AND SET IT UP AND HAD IT RUNNING IN NO TIME. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
